Love the site but I have a few suggestions!

add a notifaction system? (replies to threads you've made, replies to posts, reputation adjust, pms etc..)
site groups with custom bars (see OGU, HF, OGF..)
and lastly "donator tiers" with additional perks like ability to adjust reputation by more than +1/-1 & colored user names things like that!

I believe you can set up PM or email notifications if you enable them on the thread.

Donator tiers and badges are also in the works so you can customize your profile a bit more.
